Team Merch:

  • Return Policy: We accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Address for returns below.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, if an item is defective or incorrect, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds: 
    • Misprinted/damaged/defective items: Submit a claim within 30 days after the product is received. If it’s deemed an error on our part, it’s covered at our expense and we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund to your Printful Wallet (no return needed).
    • Packages lost in transit: Submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
    • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind (wrong size, wrong item, no longer wanted): Except for customers residing in Brazil, we don’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns/size exchanges are up to you (you’d place a replacement order at your expense if you choose to replace).
    • Brazil “right to regret”: Customers residing in Brazil must request a return within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item and provide a picture. The request is evaluated to confirm the product wasn’t used or destroyed (even partially)—otherwise a refund isn’t possible.
    • Sealed goods (health/hygiene items, such as face masks): We don’t accept returns.
